Find large property tax changes by Zipcode in New York City

See https://tax.tidalforce.org/reports.html?subtype=large_delta_up to find recent properties that had their property tax go up dramatically.  This might be due to not being capped such as houses with 11 apartments or more.  It also can be related to "improvements" or as you may call them "repairs" to the building.

See https://tax.tidalforce.org/reports.html?subtype=large_delta_down to find recent properties that had their property tax go down dramatically.   This is usually connected with an article 7 petition or a tax class change.

The steps are:  add a credit card to your account, then input the target zipcode, then press "Buy"

In a few moments, you will have your report that you can copy and paste into any spreadsheet program.
